Installation

Step 1. Download Conekta Offline Payments

To integrate offline payments, such as OXXO PAY and/or SPEI, go to the Conekta Offline Payments app in the Shopify app store:

apps.shopify.com/pagos-en-autoservicio.

The application will ask for your permission to connect to your Shopify shop. Click the install app button to complete the installation.

Step 2. Configure your account

The welcome window will appear. Click "Add Payments Method" to configure.

In the "Data of your account" section, place the public and private keys API in the corresponding place.

In the Payment methodsCash Payments in OXXO section, enter the name as you would like the OXXO PAY payment option to appear to your clients. We suggest: "Pay in cash with OXXO PAY”.

In the Payment methodsPayments with SPEI section, place the name “SPEI Wire Transfer”.

You can modify the number of days that the client has to make their payment in the Number of days that the client has to make his payment. section.

Step 3. Configure OXXO PAY cash payments

To enable OXXO PAY payments, be sure to create a personalized payment method in the Shopify Dashboard: Settings → Payment providers → Manual Payments Create custom payment method.

In the “Name of the custom payment method” field, write the name exactly as you would like the OXXO PAY payment option to appear to your client (must match with the name placed in the Payment Methods section). We suggest you use:

Pay in cash with OXXO PAY”.

Add a description with instructions that the buyer will be able to see when their payment is confirmed. We recommend using the following text:

"Thank you for completing your order. Shortly you will receive an email with your OXXO PAY reference number. Say or show this reference number to a cashier at any Mexican Oxxo to pay your order. Your payment will be credited to your account in real time. Remember that OXXO charges a comission fee at the time of the charge."

Then, go to the app configuration and add the same payment name, as the one you just created, to the "Pay in cash with OXXO PAY" section. If the names do not agree exactly then the payment method will not work correctly:

Step 4. Configure payments via SPEI

To enable a payment via SPEI, it is necessary to create a personalized payment method in the Shopify Dashboard: Settings → Payments → Manual Payments. Create a new custom payment method.
